2020 was a year we won’t soon forget. This past year marked our 40th Anniversary, and it served as a great reminder of the much-needed services and access to care being provided, especially amidst a pandemic. It was the year to strengthen who we are, adapt quickly to the rapid changes in health, and hold firm to our commitments. And through every hardship, we watched our patients, our community, and our staff develop resilience.

It’s no wonder our theme for the 2020 annual report focused on “resilience.” The stories and data in this report reflect our humanity, strength, and resilience. In the report, we’ll share stories of how we stayed strong through a pandemic, how we continue to grow and expand our healthcare services both in-person and online, and the many ways we celebrate our staff.
