Highlights from the Camarena Classic Charity Golf Tournament

We are thrilled to announce the outstanding results of the 2024 Camarena Classic Charity Golf Tournament, a pivotal event that directly supports the impactful work of the Camarena Health Foundation. This year, we gathered at the scenic Dragonfly Golf Club, where 144 dedicated golfers joined us in our mission to improve patient and community health through vital outreach programs.

A Day of Golf, Generosity, and Gratitude

The day started with a vibrant morning where participants enjoyed delicious breakfast burritos and refreshing beverages, setting the stage for a day filled with enthusiasm and charitable spirit. As the sun climbed higher, our golfers took to the lush greens, their spirits buoyed by the community’s overwhelming support.

This year’s event not only honored the sport but also achieved a remarkable milestone in fundraising. Together, we raised an impressive total of just over $94,000, all of which will directly support the Camarena Health Foundation. These funds are vital for sustaining essential programs such as Car Seats for Kids, CAM Let’s Read Program, and the Camarena Health Scholarship Program.

Highlights from the Event

Our golfers enjoyed a full day of play interspersed with opportunities to participate in various specialty games and contests sponsored by our generous local businesses. The camaraderie and competitive spirit culminated in a delightful evening where we celebrated the top performers and held a raffle featuring over 30 generously donated prizes.
