Focus Groups

Camarena Health has substantially grown in our ability to serve the various needs of the community by adding new services, expanding and improving existing services, and/or expanding locations. One of the ways we’ve been able to accomplish this is by soliciting discussions via annual focus groups in all the communities that we are proud to serve. These focus groups are conducted both in Spanish and English to ensure every patient has a voice and an opportunity for their suggestions to be heard by Camarena leadership. The purpose of these focus groups is to create an environment where community members can share their ideas, concerns, and unique needs in a constructive and positive forum. Data collected from focus groups have led to the emergence of services such as Behavioral Health, Urgent Care, and Optometry, as well as expansion of service sites.
